Join me on a ten week journey through the body to release tension and stress. You will need a foam roller and a space to lie down. You begin by releasing the feet and legs in the first class. Over the next six weeks you will release your arms, shoulders, spine, pelvis and ribcage, before beginning to connect your limbs to torso and integrate the core with more whole body movements. Finishing with three full body fascia focussed classes for the final three weeks. You'll feel the difference in your body each week, start to sense your fascial network, the connection between brain and movement for neuroplasticity and the power of releasing fascial tension to increase ease in body and mind.
